Just planted clones 2 days ago will they bud in time ?

They probably will bud, but the buds will not be fully developed. I'm doing a similar thing, perhaps in a worse situation than you are. I'm putting stuff in in a week and I'm in New England. I wouldn't expect maximum harvest.

idk what your growing climate is like up that way but id say your fine but you will just not get a high yielder, buds probably will be fully developed just might not be a big plant you know... what time do you guys typically harvest in that area?

i say your fine to get some good nugs, the plants just wont be huge you know. its more like a matter of getting ounces rather than getting pounds... that kind of scenario...

you can still get a pounder if u treat it right and got good clones. i've put them in with a month of veg growth and still got half P's

Clones were excellent nice and thick & about 1ft when i planted outside. came from a friends outdoor mother plant that last year yielded close to 2lbs last season . Do you guys think they will atleast yield a 1/4lbs per plant ?

Hey man I'm From south ontario also bro . Around Brampton . And I know you will do fine and you will have a decent harvest . You think your late ? I am going to start in a week Lmfao . I know i will get ounces but im planting 6-7 fems So It's all good and this is my first REAL outdoor. Your plant will keep vegetating for july and some of august and then it will start flowering and such... As for the yield question, NOTHING IS EVER FOR SURE. It's always guesses ,so i will guess you could yield 4 O's. Make sure to feed it nutes! Man, 4 O's is what your going to get :P take it eazzzy . Btw which city are you from if you dont mind me asking? Or you could pm me man. Later bro

hey chalehomez ,
your starting in a week and i thought i was late but i guess a late start is better then no start right! This will be my first outdoor grow to as i normally grow indoors but thought i'd give a shot this year. I read somewhere they start pre flowering in about the 2nd week of July here? I've nuted them twicee already once using Schultz All Purpose 10-15-10 plant food & once with Miracle Gro 24-18-6 All Purpose. Got 2 planted in soil and 1 planted in a pot (used 100% organic potting soil mixed with peat moss and cil garden fertilizer .)
ps. what kind of strain are you going to be growing?

best of luck !

I'm doing the same thing here in Michigan...my 1st outdoor plant.
I was wondering, will I still be able to take some cuttings from her in a few weeks for my indoor grow room?

Exciting and different isn't it growing outdoor for the first time, What strain you growing and when did you plant that puppy?
& To answer your question yea you should be fine to some cuttings from her , just remember to hit her with some Nutes after to encourage growth.
Peacee,
Best Of Luck !

preflowering i thought was just a sign of maturity? anyways, tropical, youre ferts seem a little high in nitrogen if youre gonna be using those for flowering. you want something around 1-4-5 give or take a few points either way. i dunno if shultz and MG have the best name around here either... from my understanding they use chelating agents called EDTA that stay in the plants and cant be flushed. regardless, to maximize fruiting you need high pk, low n

My buddy is always saying " Knee high by fourth of July and you'll get at least a pound apiece. " I don't know if this is exactly true or not. but hey lol.

even if you're getting full sun and putting the nutes to them, the season just isn't long enough in NE. I know in northern NE, they won't start flowering til late july if you're lucky. 3 zips per plant is a more reasonable goal. If you have fast flowering strains you might be able to pull a QP a plant. the wet weather in the fall really screws things up for us around here, not to mention the early frost. those cold nights and chilly mornings really slow them down. By the time you start to see mold on your buds, its usually more worth while to take your losses and cut them rather to try to push them and lose more to mold. you'll end up losing more than you'll gain.

you never know how much your gonna get. Alot of things to think about, are they healthy clones, what strain, what kind of weather are u gonna get, how long until they go into flower, depends where ur located at, what ur feeding them, what kind of soil are u using, are you gonna have any bug or mold or nutrient disorder. You cant gurantee anything until its dried and in your hands!!!! Put em in and hope for the best
