I'm running a 6" hyperfan and I f*ckin love it. Runs like a top with minimal power draw. Around 30w at max power which is impressive af. Looks badass too as a bonus. I have had several consealed grows in a basement apartment with landlords living above and they've neither noticed the power draw or sound or smell when combined with my carbon filter.

I can’t post a link yet, but i use a Can Max fan in the same size tent and it’s cheaper than the one you linked and I use it on low so it doesn’t suck my tent in so much. You can google the description (i got from amazon)
Can Max Fan Mixed Flow Inline Fan, 6-Inch 334 Cubic Feet Per Minute

It’s under $130 on amazon and has great reviews. It’s not too noisy; I mount it outside the tent.

I blew a four inch in three months and didnt sweat it because Amazon gave me a 3 year warranty, then never helped me after that.
Amazon is the new old walmart/sears, they sell more junk than anybody....

Really liked these type of fans, super quiet and lightweight, not much too them. Mine just felt like it, was overheating bearings and after I took it apart to check, [ super simple screw], it never went back together, thats my story.

I agree, the max fan pro is a great fan and reasonably priced. I used to use a 6 inch for a 4x4 tent, and now use an 8 inch in a 5x5.

Timmehvl,
In case you haven't figured this out...on forums (and not just this one) there tends to be groupthink. Only one way to do things or you get lambasted. Buying a larger fan then needed and then dialing it back is one of those things.

If you're willing to follow practicality, and horticulture. You need an air exchange every couple minutes for new CO2.

I have exclusively used Panasonic whisperline fans for almost 10 years with a 6" charcoal cannister. Super quiet and reliable. They sell them for bathroom exhaust fans mostly. So not marketed to clandestine pot growers. Worth a look...
