i keep telling people that MJ in Oregon was re scheduled as a schedule 2 drug now and not as 1. ive talked to a few people about this and they had no idea it happend so just letting oregon know if you did not already

Until the federal government re-schedules it, the state law is just a curiosity.

Yep, it is still schedule 1 on federal listing. Which makes the Oregon State statute a mute point- Federally, the Oregon law is an illegal act.
