Just got my first case of powdery mildew

It's only a few leaves and I'm just 3 days into flower. If I burn sulfur, should I cover my LED lights so they don't get coated?

(My source was a hidden pile of towels on a concrete floor outside the grow room!)

I was full on hat-trick hot when I found it!!! Lol. (But relieved too!)

Why did it start in the first place? Get that fixed for sure. Is your RH% spiking when the lights are off?
No, I was following VPD. My night RH is 50%. I just think this strain isn't very resistant. They are also very dense. I might just lollipop them is well before I usually do, which is 2 weeks into flower.

The whole idea of the sulfur treatment is to raise the pH of the surfaces of your plant. PM likes an acidic pH. Always make sure any foliar applications are slightly alkaline to prevent creating a perfect habitat for PM. I like a pH of 7.5 for any foliar applications.

Having fought pm quite recently , i would reccomend throwing them and starting again but this time making sure the environment is tuned in and make use of integrated pest management , if you grow this weed to the end it probably will be sub par crap regardless of your efforts but if it is alright you still gunna have to wash buds after with h2o2 and to me mate your just setting yaself up for smoking standard weed and for the price of leccy you may aswell just burn that money on weed rather than learning the hard and ibsay this as someone who has had to learn the hard way !

I used all kinds of sprays and in the end i found the mildew to reappear on the stem where the spray was not effective enough , it really was futile and crap and the sprays were at best a delay for the innevetable shit show that was to come ! Sorry just had to add that just incase you get your hopes up with these sprays , they really are a band aid at best

Dude, it was just a few leaves with very little on them. I caught it in time. Dropped my night humidity to 45%. culled out the bad leaves and deleafed them for better airflow. I then used a mister with potassium bicarbonate. I think I'm good. I've seen many deal with it this early on.

I recently harvested a Green Crack that came back after a WPM issue last winter. All I did was spray the plants a couple times with organic apple cider vinegar and water. I haven't seen it again since. I didn't want to keep spraying so I chopped the other strains down that weren't as resistant. I have it's baby that just started flowering, and a clone of that vegging, so all hope is not lost. I did order some Green Cure though just in case I ever get it again. Good luck man.

Did you change your environment, so it doesn't have as easy time coming back, like airflow or whatever caused it? I think that helps a lot.

I have ran my room great no issues for years. I bought 2 clones from a shop and thats the first time ive brought new strains in for a few years. All of the sudden it popped up on them 2 clones after like 2 weeks of growth.

Ya, I would be hesitant to get clones anywhere other than where I've been going. But I am spoiled here in Colorado, and I have a reliable place to get mine from so I'm not too worried. They also have some hard to find clone only strains too that I wouldn't be able to start from seed, and the clones I get from them that they started from seed have already been picked through to find the best one. But like I said, we are spoiled here in Colorado.

4 leaves, barely noticeable. I'm still on the fence if it was PM. So If I don't kill my whole crop on the advice of Mr. Member since 2019, I'm hurting people? Piss off and go give other's bad advice. It's not my fault you're too incompetent to get your grow room issues under control.
