Just before I build..

I'm just about to stick my room together (2'x2'x1.5' - bedside locker) and I'm just checking if this sounds good before I go for it.. My plan was to get a pro Nlite kit, 200w PURple, 200w red a reflector and ballast.. But See as most of thecost is shipping, I'm thinking about just going Red+Blue CFL because I think HPS is too hot/risky. Does anyone know if there's a huge difference between PURple and blue to warrant waiting another 2/3 weeks? Or should I go with Envirolite's? Also, does anyone have a good idea for a stealth out-take fan? Wanna keep it hidden from the outside, along with a stealth locking system.. Any tips greatly appreciated!
