Just a Quick Simple Question

So I have a two seeds that i am going to plant in about a week. I got the set up, soil, nutes, temps, and water all figured out all ready. My question is about my lights. I do not have money for the fancy lights and stuff so i chose simple fluorescent lighting. I have two 4ft 40 watt philips plant and aquarium lights that give off 1600 lumens each of 2700k and i also got one 26 watt daylight cfl that gives off about 1600 lumens as well. Will this be enough light for only 2 plants there whole lives? or should i take it down to 1 plant at a time? I was told 16 plants could be grown under the philips fluorescent tubes but im not sure about that.

My advise would be to get a 600 watt econo package for like $200 shipped to your door. Just put it on the card and make payments. I've heard the big 4ft tubes like in offices really suck for growing.

I will get better lighting as soon as i can. Was just wondering if the lights i got now would do for the time being.
