A Maryland judge on Monday acquitted Baltimore police Lieutenant Brian Rice of involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment and misconduct in office for the April 2015 death of black detainee Freddie Gray.

Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Barry Williams handed down his verdict after a bench trial. Rice, 42, is the highest-ranking officer charged in Gray's death from a broken neck suffered in a police transport van.

Racism doesn't exist bearkat42. I haven't seen it since the early 50s. It's a big government conspiracy. Didn't you get the memo on your private home server emails while you were in Benghazi? I know I did.

Yes, I also got the memo that the judge is black.

It's hard to argue with that logic. The man obviously severed his own spine. I've seen it happen a million times.

It was a weak case, obviously.

Cops almost always get the benefit of the doubt. That's one reason I trust armed citizens much more than armed cops.

sure was. handcuffed black guy in the back of a police cruiser dies, and none of the cops are culpable.

about what i would expect from a verifiable cop like yourself, george.

Please do post the results of your pathetic stalking. It amuses me to see your impotence on display in public.

Do you smell that, Buck? I just farted in your general direction.

Not to mention the fact that the medical examiner ruled his death a homicide. So he was killed, but nobody killed him.
