then-

just trust me you guys.

3-5 TABLE spoons lime per gallon of soil. depemding on the source of the peat. pro mix 3, menards 5.

this will cover all ph fluctuation ever(unless 1d107 error).

in your situation, just spoon 1 tbs per on top and water in. wait till the plants get healthy. 3 days.

then-

make a wash(flush whatever). 3 gallons of water per galoon of soil. ph this water to 6. flush your pots with this water in the tub.

this will correct your ph imbalance and wash the nut overdose your in. (the plants are locked out of some nut's, and burning from others.)

then-

mix nutes. i give five gallon pots, one gallon of nute mix. adjust accordingly. mix up u a batch of your grow nutes( i would mix half grow, half bloom, to a full dose per gallon, then mix at half strength. ie. mix 2 mL of this nad two mL of that in a cup then use two mL per to make two gallons. example dose of course).

don't forget to ph the water to 6, before your put in the nutes.

apply this nut dose to the washed pots. let drain to waste and return to room.

doing this will absolutely fix you plants. you know exactly what nutes are in your pot(due to the wash). and you have learned how to strip the pot if you fuck it up. this will teach you how to read your pots, the plants, and recognize what each chem changes in your equation. the lime will stop your pots from becoming to acid from the rain water you are giving it.

use whatever acid you have to ph down. vinegar works amazing. this will send your plants into hyper drive. they will learn it(it's actually their genetics), and become very aggressive. lower ph makes it suck the nute dose faster, higher ph makes it slower(within a threshhold of course. stick to 6).

after-

you learn to dose nutes a little better, you will find your wash reducing in volume, due to the plants not needing it. eventually you will learn to dose at a rate which allows you to feed every watering, or at intervals, at your choosing, due to your understanding of how the plant works and your control over it.

It's a weed that will grow out of a crack in the sidewalk: if you leave it alone. What you need to do is plant in a sidewalk that gets good Southern exposure...

Thanks for all the info but it's not nute burn. They've only been fed 3 times in about 4 1/2 weeks. 1 @ 25%, & 2 @ 50% with only 1 base veg nute. Only 2 plants seem to be effected. The other 5 are just fine.

Looks like I've got some reading to do. Thanks for the comments....will update after I've ed'ja'ma'cated myself.

On my way to the store to get the cement mix now! I've got a great window spot in the bedroom where I can lay some concrete....and it faces the southern sky! I'm super lucky.

Update time. Growth has really picked up over the last couple days. I'm gonna wait to water till morning and let them dry out a bit more. Lots of preflowers but can't really say for sure on any yet...thought I saw some white pistils on one of my bigger plants but I think the next few days will be more telling. Anyhow, here's some pics

As soon as I eliminate the males, I'll put the remaining survivors into 5 gallon pots of ocean forest mixed w/ perlite & a small dose of dolomite lime. Hoping to do that in the next 3-5 days b/c they're really growing quick and I need to put them into 12/12 soon. Don't wanna overgrow my tent.

Also, gotta order flanges for my hood b/c the duct tape just doesn't make an air tight seal and when the humidity gets high, you can smell stank in the room.

2 biggest kicked out pistils today. They also happen to be 2 of 3 out of the 6 that are just beautiful bushy plants that never suffered nute burn like the others. I'm hoping for my 3rd biggest to go female and I'll be satisfied....will be moving the girls to 5 gallon containers in another few days. I figure I'll let 'em spread out in those 3 gallon containers a bit before the transplant. Damn near considering larger than 5 gallons for the girls that I get. Then veg 'em another 2 weeks to bush out the tent and then flower. Shit man....it's not too late to throw up a scrog net =]

Ok new pics. I've only got 1 confirmed female as of yet. The rest have lots of preflowers but nothing definite yet....another few days I'm sure things will be a little clearer. going to the dirt shop monday to pickup my ocean forest and a cheap bloom nute and some 5 gallon home depot buckets and I should be set. I gotta get these proper flanges going b/c my room stunk to high hell today when I woke up and opened the door. With $140 inline fan and $100 carbon filter, that shit is just unacceptable. I think I'm leaking where I ghetto taped the ducting to the reflector.....new flanges = problem solved. It's always something eh?

Don't mind my stubby toe in the picture :)IMG00232-20121204-0705.jpg

This one is my confirmed female. She is a beautiful bitch is she not =]

It appears I may have 2 confirmed females at this point. The rest are unknown still. Got 1 or 2 suspected males but not counting my chickens just yet...will wait till I see ballsacks forming to confirm. New growth is healthy and lush on all plants but especially on the 2 confirmed females. Here's some pics in the meantime. I tried to take some node shots but my cam isn't very good.

Still only 2 confirmed females. No clue on the other 4 yet. Shit is really starting to get tight in the tent so I'm hoping a male or 2 will show in the next couple days b/c I gotta let the bitches spread out. Sorry for the pic quality of that 1 in the bathroom...that's actually my pride and joy of all 6 but the pic just turned out like shit. I promise, under different light it's a very pretty lush plant...better pics tomorrow. Humidity reached about 68% last night. Growth really seems to boom in veg when the humidity is very high.

I'm going to get my ocean forest, perlite, and 5 gallon containers today to transfer from the 3 gallons they're currently in as they are already rootbound so I'm looking forward to that. Also picking up roots organic for my bloom fert...next time around, I may use jacks classic but at the moment, I don't have time to wait for it to come in the mail and I can't find it locally so roots it is. I'm going to give them 3-5 days in the 5 gallon containers and then they will go into 12/12 for the next 2 months.

I also remedied a problem I was having with the tent walls sucking in due to the negative air pressure from the inline fan and it was pushing up against the plants and shit really pissing me off so I got a safety pin attached on each side with string tied to the safety pin and the string attached on either side to a wall and a dresser which pulls the sides out and increases your grow space substantially. These fuckers making these tents really should redesign these things to put vertical supports on the front back and sides and this would no longer be a problem.

Why not just put another fan in, even a booster one from HD. That will eliminate the negative pressure. Seems like with negative pressure there isn't enough fresh air coming in? Are you using co2?

Nice looking plants btw!
