Things are well!!

I've been soooooo busy lately...plus my semester starts tomorrow :(

I'll try and get some new pics up tonight, they're under the lights right now :) :)

My one female is starting to produce buds I think....the other plant still hasn't shown sex yet though it's really filling in nicely so we'll see....they're like a week into flowering

I don't think it's anything you are doing 'wrong' necessarily as I've read the exact same watering guidelines you are and I was using.
Rather than running water off, which in my autopsies revealed the roots concentrated at the bottom of the pot utilizing very little soil, water a little bit each day and make the roots look and find the water, thus using the soil better. It makes sense to me. He says he never has any run off and uses the good old turkey baster to lightly sprinkle the water on lightly. I assume to similate a light rain each day rather than flood, then desert, flood-desert.

Makes sense and I like it. Like we were talking about earlier in your thread, you feel like you are neglecting the plants, watering everyday will cure that! Also I find that since I use fox farm and some of the nutes are 'every other watering' I am able to feel good about getting them what I think they need. My big girls in the 2gallon pots were getting 6 cups about every 5-6 days, which made it hard to alternate watered nutes.

Anyway, I'm turkey bastin my babies now and I think it's going great so far.

I know it goes against a lot of what I've read but it makes more sense to me. I hated thinking 10% of my nutes and such were going out on the floor. Makes watering more difficult but easier on the cleanup.
Sounds good to me, are you planning on doing this throughout flowering as well? I have done this in the past with small plants but not with a turkey baster (great idea YGF) when I start feeding them nutes I fully water, I also heard that it's good to let the roots search for water, however not all the time, I'm thinking it's only a good method for youngsters but what do I know..

I'm very curious how this is going to work out for ya Rocky, I'll be keeping an extra eye out in your journal , thanks for sharing.

PS: jomal...

Plants look great, im sure its the low light causing the leafs to look dark, but if thier that busy now the buds will grow from every direction youll love it, I had 3 and 2 became male but the one I had that was female was busy, just like yours and is now FLOURISHING! You should check it out since our plants looked very similar at the same stages. Currently I am just a few days ahead of you, but its about to go through a liltte growth spurt you'll see.

New pics

I had to get rid of one of my plants....don't ask LOL had a landlord issue and needed to get rid of one

But here's my one female I've got. Day 68 overall, day 27 flowering. I think she's a little behind as far as flowering goes? Anyone concur?

Day 80 overall, day 39 flower

I still think the buds are small for how far along she is....I think that's partly due to the CFLs but I've seen some people grow some dank looking buds with CFLs so maybe it's something else.....I don't know though she's healthy and always has been so not quite sure

I'm keeping up with watering and nutes/molasses. I switch on and off between the two...sometimes giving plain water in there too if I feel needed.

i assume it was just for the picture but considering anyone here could be stoned off their ass i'll say it, move ur thermometer to plant level (or on the ground) does u no good to measure the temp above the lights haha

Oh yeah well the thermometer served it's purpose for a few weeks but my lights don't get hot enough to really need to so that's where it stay LOL

Inidca? Sativa? Sativas usually take more time. I mean it does look a little underdeveloped based don bud size, but looks healthy! Quick question how tall is that? It looks like it still growing vertical! My plant had a little growth spurt and then when it stopped growing the budds fattened up, still are.
