i was going to setup a rubbermaid flower tote, using a 25"L, 16"w, 24"h using 24" Sun Blaster HO floro tubes. what sold me is that they are 25w each and put out 2500 lumens! thats 100 lumens per watt! also there dimesions are great for micro grows where height is an issue (there 1.5" high and half an inch wide ) and i was thinking i would put somewhere between 4-8 of those for one tote. 10000-20000 lumens! perpetual harvest, 4" rockwool cubes? (suggestions?) with advanced 3 part MGB (no flaming!! i already have the nutes from outdoor grow this year) the strain is ak-48 from nirvana already vegging. ventilation would be done with comp. fans. any input helps.

The canopy is always the draw back to normal potted plants when in a box setting...the plants can get unruly and basically block tons of light, while letting it go to waste in other areas. I am thinking by limiting the height (and branching) of the plants the main colas should be quite vigorous. I am trying to make the most out of my little 400 watt...like harvesting 6 oz every 16.333 days... Wish I had a computer at home, I would have so many freaking pictures up already... I have the pics...just no comp.

hahahaha being an adult and paying bills always sucks but you know what now you get to play with big boy toys too like that 400 hps u got =)

very similar to what i am doing right now i have two tables running and a veg room both tables are ebb and flow soma bed style under 240w LED so actually more power than the 400hps by far, so far so good plants are only 2 weeks in and have been flipped yesterday they stunted for the first 4 days from over spraying in the humidity dome (crazy humidity change) after the first four days they went from 2-3 inches to 12-14 inches NO NUTRIENTS FOR VEG in a little over a week. pretty insane cant wait to see the stretch from flower my table is all canopy now looks like a scrog with no netting lol
