John McAfee Detained in Guatemala.

Looks like they found him. It's odd, on YouTube the channel Vice was releasing videos of it as it was going down. Appearantly they got a cameraman down there and found him. People are saying he was found because they didn't disable the geo tracking on the video before they released it.

His story is interesting to say the least. There are like three videos out now, and I'll post them in a sec. I'm at work, on my phone and stoned, so gimme a minute.

Anyways tell me what you all think. Typical rich person that thinks he can get away with anything, or is he really being framed by the Belizian govt? I'm interested in seeing how this pans out.

Lol this years charlie sheen that's a good one! He definately looks like he's bangin seven gram rocks. He took it one step further tho with murder.

Yea man, I saw the part of the motivation was the neighbor didn't like his dogs and had poisoned one the day before. That was in one of the first articles I read, I haven't seen it floated as much as it went on. Somebody in real life is going to bring this up and I'm going to look like a lunatic because I followed it from jump and will tell them all about it. lol

Yea it was like 4 of his dogs that were poisoned. Apparently there had been some argument over his dogs being loud with the neighbor. Neighbors is shot in the head a day later...going a little overboard if you ask me.

Curious as to what Vice's involvement was... if they just found and outed him on the assumption that he's lying and the brazilian government is not, that seems like kind of a jump-the-gun situation... but maybe I just trust the governments of our planet less than Vice...

I heard jokes being made about him years ago but that was mostly jibes made over the software being sketchy or unreliable... Bu now THIS?! I had no idea jeez.

I just got back from Ambergris Caye Belize. Some people I talked to, mainly market and restaurant owners were scared of him. They say he offered 25,000.00 BZ for info on the real killer. The Belizean people were insulted by that low amount. I also read that he frequented bars in San Pedro with armed bodyguards with pistols in their waistband. I really don't see how he could do that without being busted. The cops had to look the other way for him there. What a cool place.

Its a strange one thats for sure.

Sounded fairly resonable on the podcast I heard but all the storys from diff sources cant all be fabricated as he claims.
