Jiffy Plugs into Rockwool cubes into DWC?

Hi i have some seedlings that are currently 3 days old in a jiffy plug i believe its called (a small compost pallet that expands with water) i have the a rockwool cube that has a hole that looks a perfect fit for my 'jiffy plug' so if its ok to do this how is the process done from my jiffy plug to putting it in my DWC pot?

I do apologise this is the first time ive done something thats not in soil.

AND while im in one post when do you start adding the nuts? ive got 'Dutch pro A + B' i do have a feeding chart that was put together by my local shop but i want a second opinion

Ok if I understand right you have a big rockwool cube like 4 inch? Did the seed sprout or its still inside the jiffy?
All you have to do is cut the netting when moist and carefully transfer inside cube trying to keep the shape. If a jiffy is not enough to fill the hole you can use another one to fill it more.
