Well let's hope he means the pack leader and not one the actual girlscouts...but he could also be making a Ghost Busters reference to an old character named Ghash who would grow through the roof when he got angry and use telekinetic powers to disarm the ghost busters, he had lime green finger nails and had a kinda Dracula/wheat harvester vibe.
That or it's short for G13-Hashplant, minus the 13 and plant = ghash. Lots going on there, you know how genius stoners are, nothing is as simple as it seems...we are a cryptic crew.
