As I wait to chop down my first Jack grow I an preparing for the next one. In my first grow I acquired 2 pheno types an Indica and Sativa pheno and made them into mothers. I decided on the indica pheno due to what seemed like a shorter flowering time and heavier yields at their 6th week of flowering. I took some clones from the mothers on 3/24 and rooted them in my Homer Aerocloner, they took a little long to root because I didn't keep temps down(82) but all except 3 rooted nicely.
Yesterday 6/10 I transplanted them to a DIY ebb'n flow pots
which I made with plastic cups and a sharp hack saw blade. The best 9 will be selected to go under my 400W Digilux HPS once my current grow gets the Axe. I'm trying to time my grow so I can go perpetual.
For Veg im using a daystar reflector with a Digilux 400W MH set on 275W on my lumatek ballast.The clones are being fed some Floranova grow with silica, floralicious, flora blend and thrive alive Red with a few drops of superthrive 550 ppm total. pH 5.6. I plan to grow them about 8-12 inches then flower, I will decide as I grow them. This time I wanna utilise my entire 3x3 space.

Since Im only gonna use 9 cloens I decided to uproot my old mothers and use some of the clones for new ones I just kept 1 original mother and left 2 sativa moms. I realize that I have to learn how to prune mother plants and keep them making fresh clones every cycle. Perhaps the next grow I will grow the Sativa one. we will see
