I've got 1 1/4 pound of fresh bud that got a little mold. Bubble hash?

I was harvesting a plant and noticed with my loupe quite a few of the buds showed some mildew. After I noticed a few brown spots on some colas I noticed more inside the buds. Nothing too bad, but enough for me not to want to smoke any of it.

So, as of now it's in my freezer. I was going to just toss it but can't I make bubble hash? If so, how much can I expect from that and would it even be worth it?

Also, how is this advanced? This has nothing to do with amino acids, vitamin C, and other bullshit techniques! You should post this sort of question in the harvest and curing section.

Because as I described it was enough mold for me not to want to smoke any of it, bubble hash seemingly one of the options being that people freeze their bud and trim for bubble hash. If there was a sure fire way of making an extract that would be mold free I was up for suggestions. However, I'm not compelled to take a chance smoking mold. In the grand scheme of things it's a small loss.

I see other threads about hash making here. Is there a hash making sub forum anywhere here, Because I don't see one? This seems like just a good a spot as any to post about hash making, being that there is already talk of "advanced" "bullshit" as you say slewn throughout the rest of this forum i.e. all that stuff you mentioned and then some.

Now if you've got something to offer other than pretending you're a mod with a superiority complex feel free to help. Do you have a rule book on what is considered advanced? Sheesh.

Get some Extra Virgin Olive Oil bring it up to heat and add your bud to extract good stuff. Get some cheese cloth and strain the oil. Bottle it cool with some chilli flake,s it makes the best all round kitchen oil. Put it on the Pizza or even just some bread, oil and balsamic.

Check out the concentrates thread... its all a out hash/oil/wax/shatter and so on...

its a wash using alcohol, and then you slowly evaporate the alcohol off...
Safer to make then BHO
Don't have to have a vacuum to purge it
and less chance of contaminates being left behind

Fuck that. Lol with all that goes into running it as we all know, I wouldn't want to just toss a pound. I'd atleast try and make something out of it.
