Has anyone seen the movie "ZEITGEIST"? If you call yourself an open minded person you should watch this movie.

Propaganda and religion bashing does not give you an open mind. The simple fact is that nobody knows who's right about the God business. I found it incredibly annoying that most of the movie just talked shit about how Christianity is wrong.

Zeitgeist offers good and important information, like the elites of the planet and such, but most of it is heavily opinionated.

Zeitgeist needs its own forum.

It seemed to me that Chapter 1 was pointing out the simple FACTS that the similarities between all of these religions are not just a coensedense.It is pledgerism. Not Bashing simply pointing out fact. And if you saw the movie you would know it wasn't just "talking shit" about christianity most of the movie. Only one chapter, and it wasn't just saying christianity, it was saying all those religions were started from a story of the constallations. But Organized religion used these stories to instill fear in their people. Fear of the DEVIL IN HELL! OR HATES IN THE UNDERWORLD!!! And so on through the times.

Yeah there was no bashing of religion, whatchu talkin about dizzey?

great movie.... i highly reccomend haha. i like how all "non-believers" have evidence of their claims aout god and religion but every religious person ive asked "wheres the evidence" it always comes down to "you just got to believe" "its the word of god" if god really truely wanted us to love him and worship him i dont think killing and maiming and silence is the best route. wouldnt a god so "great" and yes be honest cocky not want to be a mystery.

Yeah this one was better than the Zeitgeist 2.

I havent seen #2 either, is it on the same subjects just more in depth or different completely.


My favorite is " thats just here to test our faith". Really, God put dinosaur bones here to test your faith.

I was amazed when I first saw it but then I watched it again and paid better attention. the religion chapter is okay, but Jesus wasn't born on the date they use in the film so that segment was kind of a waste of time since they expanded on that date so much.

Probably cause the guy making the movie got pissed off, when researching and finding out how truely @!#$!ed are government/country is. I would have an opinion too. That's probably why he made the movie.

It's funny to see, how fast people are to point that out.When every single media station in this country has opinion and PROPAGANDA.

It's a shame are government allowed this.Because the USA is truely a beautiful place to live.

Which as far as I know is the day Christians believe he was born.

that's the date they think he was born, they don't know if it really is. he could have been born in July

But the point of the movie is that christians "think" he was born on Dec.25
Along with all those other religions.
