Issues with my 2 week old plants.

Hi. Here are some pics of my plants. The main issue is that some of the lower leaves are yellow, dry and brittle. What does this look like to you? My plants are being grown indoor, 350 watts of cfls mix spectrum. They are all about an inch tall, 2 weeks since they have sprouted the surface. Temps are from 78-85*F , with excellent circulation.

That is definitely nutrient burn. You need to flush the pots out until the excess water runs clear. A lot of water! When they stop drooping, re water with just water for a few days and go back to a very light water/nute mix.

Don't be too sure. I have had plants with nitrogen def do the same exact thing.

What soil are they in? I bet the soil is the problem or the water you are giving them is.
What is the water Ph and ppm you give them? Is it tap water? Do you make sure all the chlorine is gone before watering?

I was using some bottled water on all my plants for a while, but im now using a mix of half rain water half distilled. I am investing in a pH meter. I think its heat related because I have another plant in the case that has been watered with the same stuff and has the same soil, and is doing fine. What do you think? Soil is a mix of some miracle grow, garden soil and some other soil that i use for flowers

I transplanted the plants and i noticed that the soil was extremely dry. Does this support heat stress?
You need to have the bottom 3/4 of the pot always moist. Do a finger poke in the top and inch or 2 deep and if its dry give em water. I can bet all your problems are your soil and water. Once you get the Ph meter we can get somewhere.

My plant looked similiar. Looks like possibly a heat issue. I have one growing in a PC Box. When the PC box first arrived everything was in working order. After a few days in the new PC box, I noticed the intake fan was turned the wrong way so both fans were exhausting. Browning on some lower leaves with some leaves curling up at the tips. Temp in box was 96 degrees. I flipped the intake fan in the correct direction. Now temp is 86 degrees humidity 35%. First pic plant was in 96 degrees for 3 days. Second pic was 3 days after getting the fan turning the correct direction.

All the new growth appears to be doing great. It doesn't really sound like this is your problem due to your temps. Thought I would throw this out there. It may help someone.
