so you feel that it is a black person's fault that their resume gets less consideration than the exact same resume from a white person?

you don't think that is the fault of the racist person who is discriminating against blacks?
It's the racist hr persons fault.
But as a responsible parent who loves their kids. Try not handicapping them with ethno centric names.
Case that comes to mind is the parents who named their son Adolph Hitler

You have spent much time claiming white privilege is universal, now you are attempting to imply its unique to the USA
do try to get your story straight
you said white privilege didn;t exist, then said it did.

maybe follow your own advice, tardloaf.

so keeping your culture is OK for white people, but not black people?

You claim ALL white people experience privilege which is incorrect

individuals from any race can experience preferential treatment just as they can experience discrimination

please tell me more about your real life encounters with "dot heads"

dot head is his shorthand for "brown skinned person

i wouldn't condemn the parent of the black kid with a good resume and a black name, i would blame the parent who raised a racist HR rep.

Ah, I see what you are doing. You are back on your collectivism train, all whites are the same, all blacks are the same, we all have the same experiences based on skin color.

You are doing the same thing AC and Chesus were doing earlier in the thread.

Collectivism can be more harmful than racism. Racism is a form of collectivism.

If you can allow yourself to think of all of us as individuals, skin color won't dictate your thoughts and actions so much.
damn, you are parroting rawn pawl nearly verbatim now.

ever have an original thought in your head?

remember, the same rawn pawl who rails against collectivism is the same rawn pawl who wanted to prohibit federal expenditures to any organization that even suggests that homosexuality can be an acceptable lifestyle.

nanny state collectivism at its worst, and you fucking love the guy.

pathetic.

No they do not, the studies indicate that some individuals are racist nothing more
nope.

the studies bear out that just by simply having white skin you will get better outcomes in the justice system. less likely to be pulled over driving a car. more likely to get a callback on your resume.

all by simply having white skin.

all whites enjoy privilege.

You and London are responding to the motivation ... not the how. London was inquiring about the "how".

When it came to admission policies at institutions of higher learning, the policy was extremely biased against "asian" as well as "white" males.

Affirmative Action is nothing more than a form of racial/gender bias for some "perceived" good.

I'm sure fair and unbiased people, such as you fellows, wouldn't wish that type of bias on your fellow man ... correct?

Keep betting ...
racist loser sock puppet.
