This is quite a floozy of a situation. That doesn't look like anything I've ever seen but it sure as hell doesn't look like balls. My guess is that they're pistils with a really really big chamber around them. Still, pretty late for new pistils to show up.

Wait few more days and if those things start dropping like balls, just pluck them (making sure not to hurt the stem). Best to be safe.

Keep us posted cause this looks curious.

Look like calyx's to me mate, big swollen calyx's. I have them on my plants, I thought everyone did? :?

Is the a pair of pistils protruding from each one?

There is no harm in removing them, No harm in leaving them where they are either. Even if they were male flowers you only got 2 weeks left which is not enough time to pollinate and make seeds.

Give one a squeeze and see whats inside.

it is not balls man just moniter it and if it starts to get bigger like a ball without the pistil then u can worry but i highly doubt that unless u caused the plant a lot of stress being it is a female clone that is how it would turn hermi and i think it would have already started when u started seeing pistils u would have seen some balls on others

They look like stipules to me. I have them on my GH cheese plants (see attached pic) where there's branching occurring on the stem. Look up stipules on Wikipedia for a good explanation. They don't do much apparently (that man knows of). On my same plants further up where smaller branching is happening, I have smaller ones that are in fact calyxs as I see pistils growing from these. At first I thought they were stipules because of where they were located until I saw the stipules.

Mine look kinda alien like. My advice is just let them be as they're not bother anything. You can dissect them after your harvest.

If they're hermies you should be able to identify them as males before any pollen comes out and pinch them off. Don't let them pollenate as you don't want to be growing hermies down the road. Just let the flowers mature, harvest and destroy the remains as you still can get some good bud despite being a hermie if that's the case.
