Is this safe? PIC included

Ok, been reading and reading in here. Built this lighting system and maybe I went a little nuts. Is this to much? All lights are 27 watts between 5000-6500k except the corner lights are 14 watts at 2700k for a full spectrum. Will replace 6500k with 2700 for bloom. But my question is, Do I have a hazard here? All these lights wired into one plug. Used standard lamp cord along with 16 AWG wire. This is for 2 plants in 2 buckets. Thanks for any help

You will only be pulling 3.6 Amps from those bulbs assuming they are all 27 watts. The equation is as follows 27w/120v=.225 amps .225*16=3.6Amps just make sure that you plug them into a GFCI outlet.

I understand not having money to buy things but are you seriously planning on using that thing,in a moist enviroment,an enclosed area with raised temps ?.
I just cant see why people risk fire with home made electronics in a grow space.

If i was you i would buy a $90 400 watt hps light system from HTG instead of home made rigs,fire saftey should be the #1 priority with any grower vs cost cutting.

Only cuz heat is an issue. A big issue.

LMAO XD um is it safe probably not to a city inspector, but to me looks pretty creative and safe. Shit just make sure you keep an eye on it, idk how many watts u pulling outta those sockets

That doesnt look good at all.... Dude, growing weed is supposed to be fun ! Do yourself a favour and get yourself a half decent setup. ... At least a T5 unit or something. Youll get better results with less risk and pussying around.

H dont listen to trolls man, but ya idk about the setup i mean it looks interesting but idk if you should have that many two sockets going into one another. You should get like an extension cord and plug them into that in a nice row and then leave the ones on the side those are fine. Other than that interesting setup

Well umm... I have over $800.00 invested thus far and I haven't even started yet. Stealth with bubble ponics, nutes, air filtration, lights, (27 watts X 12 lights plus 4 @ 14 watts 2700 kelvin and a LED array with reflectors) cabinet rubber maid, Mylar, hardware, Barnies Pineapple Chunk seeds and dozens of other things..

Ya I know really. Just been working so friggen hard at this stuff for a meszley 2 plants. It's so damm confusing when first starting out.

It is, no matter how much research you put into it, BAM! something new and unexpected pops up and you want to know if you're doing things correctly.
