Is this pythium? How would i cure it?

I've noticed a bad smell coming from the run off off my plants for about 2 week and at the bottom off my pots..also the roots seem to be Browning.. I only can smell it at the bottom of the pots, the plants seem healthy so I'm unsure what it is..but if it is pythium what would get rid of it? I'm growing in coco
