Is this Pot that came up from last year?

I had a few weak plants from a mid bag seed and I am trying to make sure this is what I think it is.

I planted a really weak plant 2 years ago I think it ended up being male I harvested it to early I did not know what the hell I was doing and did not go down in that area last year. Could it be seed from last years plant i did not know was down there. I am just trying find out what I am dealing with. I also threw out some seeds there 2 years ago and last year I dont remember specifically. The plants are in low sunlight like hardly any direct sunlight. Thanks in advance for helping anyone.
