Hello everyone is im growing my white widow indoors but im wondering if say im 4 weeks in from germination and the plant is still only maybe a foot tall can i force it to bud by switching the light cycle to 12/12 how much could i possibly yield if i do and also how long will it take.
Is this possible

Yes you can flower now - the plant will probably at least double in size at the beginning of flowering.
You should see sex in a couple of weeks, and flowering will take 8 weeks or so.

Yes. Don't know what kind of WW it is, but my Dutch Passion WW is usually ready in about nine weeks. This depends somewhat on whether or not your plant is showing preflowers yet. If not then definately nine weeks.
As for yeild, that depends on your grow setup and lighting. At 4 weeks veg, a 400w HPS would likely yield around 1/2 to 1 oz of pure dried but, less stems and leaf. In my experience WW is only an average yielder. The smoke is top notch.
