Is this plant starting to bud

First pic is the growth I got today, second pic is just what the plant looks like after 6 week veg,, Hope the pics good enough so you guys can let me know thanks for all the help,,

can't really tell from those pictures..if you haven't switched it to 12/12 you shouldnt be flowering yet.

Looks like it's showing pre-floweers, meaning she's naturally ready/mature enough to start flowering, whenever the days get short enough.

Right now she gets about 17 hours of intense light every day, and since I keep tract of how much she grows per day its about 1 inch a day or a little more, Today when I measured I did not get any growth at all but it looks like the leafs are starting to wrap around some stems.. I still have about 20 more days of veg left,, I want her to flower in the cool nights of AUG and SEPT I'm at 9200 ft. so she is use to temps of about 66-71 at the hottest. she loves the fresh air and cool days, and she does not seem to care about my plans for her. Thanks for the help guys..
