Is this plant in need of feeding?

I have not over watered or feed this pland. I have watered every other day or when the meter showed dry. The soil is nothing special just a plain potting soil with out food. I have mixed up a batch of recipe for success, and was told that their mix rate was to hot. So I mixed it by half of what they called for. I mixed the vegitative state formula. What are your thoughts?

could be a number of things, my guess is PH. Just remember the old rule of thumb, when in doubt, flush it out!

I would give it a 1/4 or 1/2 dosage of your nutes.

What kinna mix is it anyway? (sorry, I havent read the previous thread)

It is recipe for success kit. I mixed the "vegitative state" formula just as the card that came with it said. but then I mixed that with half plain water and did a watering with that half mixture.

PH neutral (7) is far too acidic for your plants, for soil(less) you want it to be about 6-6.2, get some test strips, they're cheap and they work great, i consider them essential to a successful grow.
I assume that pic was taken under an HPS, so i cant really see, what shade of green is it?
Temps?
Could be a number of things.
