Is this over watering or a light problem?

I'm not sure if there is really a problem or not, but they look different today than from yesterday. I want to catch a problem before it becomes too far along.

I'm only going to post one pic of the same plant to show the difference.

First pic is from yesterday: 1292468103966.jpg

Second pic from today: 1292643431230.jpg

Again, pic from yesterday, seems to be taller (note how high on cup):1292467990147.jpg

From today, (note how low on cup)-can they shrink? : 1292643317879.jpg

All the same plant.

Back the lights up a bit and let it dry up. If you can stick a finger in 2 inches and it's dry then it's time to water n' stuff. =)

Thanks everyone. I was wondering if that's what it was. I anticipated much higher temps in the tent so I watered accordingly; but when I checked today the low got to 60 over night and the high for the day was 72 so the soil didn't dry out as much as I would have thought. Is there any advice as to how to get the temp to raise without using a heater?
