Is this normal on seedlings?

So it's my first grow and I done all my reasearch before growing and buying stuff.

I have germinated my seeds but only 1 rooted so I planted after 24 hours it poped out soil and now has its first leaves.

It's 2 and half days old now and the stem has lots of Little white hairs same with the leave but have less.

I did bought five only did 2, 1 Sprouted super fast (above in pics) & other cracked but spout was taking ages to come out and that was 4 days into Germination

You look like you have decent soil. What kind is it?
