Is this low grade weed? (pic)

So i moved to New York for university and met this guy on campus who sold me some grass. Im not much of a smoker but i did smoke every once in the blue moon, parties, 420, friends etc back home. So because of this i really have no judgements on what it is im getting now. Im high so i know its grass, but it doesnt feel as potent as it did back home. Is this bad weed? Heres a pic of whats left

How does it smell and feel? It looks frosty and comparable to collective quality. It could be last time you got a strain with a higher thc level, increasing the feeling of the high.

Different strains have different effects taste smell
So does how you smoke it how much etc

You're not going to smoke pot and have the exact same experience every time

You may have sativa now and before you have an indica strain

Is it bad weed ? Maybe . We can't tell you that without smoking it

Looks good to me. Size of buds doesn't get you high. Looks like it has nice crystals

Bad weed is better than no weed. So your doing better then I am. I'm still 3 weeks out microwaving lower fruit.

Well it's not Mexican so not low grade. Looks decent but not the best judging by the size and location looks like you got ripped off a little but NY is expensive should have gone to CO or CA for college. Lol

Im from Cali! Lol. It was good but I definitely had better hence Cali.

Yeah I think that's it. Plus I didn't buy much because I'm broke lol. It definitely had a sour/strong smell to it.

No way to know. I've had some of the prettiest buds disappoint me.

I've had some rough looking weed flat wig me out.

Truth!

I figure there is way too many variables as there seems like almost endless strains of Cannabis and not only that but it kind of depends on how it was grown, how you ultimately end up using it and just wayyy too many things. It could look good, could look bad, but looks aren't really relevant. I guess really the best way to tell is to absolutely try one you know 100% is good of a specific strain and then try this and do a comparison, haha!

Doesn't look low grade, can't say its A+ either from pics

If you have to ask, then it blows goat for days (i.e., it has to suck). Good herb speaks for itself.

Especially if you stem from Cali. Knowledge of this shit is inate at this point. What part of CA, if I may ask?

LOL! I've vaped half a plant before harvest doing that. I've pulled it straight off the plant and vaped it wetter n hell. It was a lemon something from DNA genetics. Taste green as hell but it works ok! You will get pretty high even on the very immature lower larf. My vape crapped out on me though and I am not going to replace it so....

Anyway thanks for that I thought I was te only one who has smoked immature weed on the regular. I see there are others who get as desperate as I do.

From the pic that "looks" dank to me. Nice and tight with lots of trichs. Of course truth is in the smoke and your own tolerance. A daily smoker gonna have a high tolerance and only fire will get them there. But, even low grade will be dank to someone who only smokes occasionally or not at all so..... I would def give that a smoke tho.

I'm sure most do when they run out of weed to smoke my problem is I don't save enough for myself so rather than spend $50 for an eighth of inferior weed I will cut a couple smaller buds just won't microwave them just dry or vape until dry.

Not like I couldn't get bud but than I would be spending money on something that is free.

My sentiments exactly. Paying good money for inferior shit. I tend to run out too. Last time I did I had about a 1/4 inch of packed kief in my grinder larger than a quarter maybe about the size of a half dollar or so. Man that was some fire, it was probably from 4-5 different strains maybe more. It had been collecting for maybe a couple years. When I first started smoking it and vaping it, About a knife tip worth at a time, man I got so high I blacked out the whole house. Kept hearing helicopters and shit! I tripped on that for 3-4 weeks and then had product so. Anyway I get it. LOL
