Is this light alright to use?

I was walking around Home Depot and found this light its a 30watt cfl with 2100 lumen output. I know a lot of people use 42watt cfls. Any help is cool.

There should be a number on it that ends in k like 2700k 6500k or 4000k, make sure it is between 2000 and 3000 or 5000-7000. That will be your best light sprectrum.

You want the daylight bulbs for veg and warm bulbs for flower.
