well the general way ebay works is users buy, owner gets feedback
you have to a purchaser in order to give feedback
is it legal by ebays terms? maybe not.
is that specific person actually sending seeds,...seems so they have 100% feedback.
i wouldnt do it though, not sure what ebay's tos is like but im assuming marijuana seeds is against it in some way which would make you out of cashola if the deal goes south
