Is This Drug Test Info Reliable?

Hey guys, not sure where to post this but anyway I have a drug test coming up and I'm looking for information on how to pass it. My last smoke was about 48 hours ago and my drug test is tomorrow for me so about 12 hours a way. I'll be getting tested as soon as I get to work.

My question, is this site reliable? Doesn't really look like it and most of the sites like it have the same type of info. http://dankninja.com/swab-drug-test

Does anybody know of any god reliable sources that could give me some tips on passing a test?

I think takes longer to leave the body because it binds with fat.About two weeks is usual.Water soluble drugs like heroin and booze
hang around a few days only-tough luck buddy.
