lately when I take a good bong rip for the first time that day , ill get this feeling of mental tripping or something that reminds me a little of how dmt feels before you blast off, also my vision fades, sometimes to black, and I sometimes go kinda def, like I was listin to music, and when this started happening, the noise of music turned to a, wwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh. like how the music sounded in inception when they were in dreams. this feeling I described only last for 5 to 7 seconds , it doesn't happen everyday though, but a few times a week. any thoughts?

Sounds like the blood draining from your head. I get that too once in a great while, especially if I stand up too fast.

tested that by lieing down after hitting the bong, it dosnt start until 5 to 10 seconds of holding the hit, so theres plenty of time to sit back, when I hit my bong I never try standing up.

I did once a month or so ago, but I don't anymore because its too intense out of it. I don't think there would be enough resin in there from just on bowl of it. plus its been cleaned.

That is what I call a huge bong rip.

I have it happen with dabs a lot of times, or when I hold in flower rips for a really long time.
If you want it to happen EVERY time just do elevator hits. LOL, just make sure you have a couch behind you.

Sounds like a combination of smoking good pot and you cutting off the oxygen to your brain by holding your breath for too long. It happens to me sometimes, and that's what I think does it. Personally I kind of dig it, except when I am standing and fall over. That sucks.

Could be good weed, I have had my head/face tingle from taking a huge hit of some flower with high THC.

The first time this happened to me, I was smoking out of a home made gallon milk carton bong. My brother and I were standing by the walk out basement. Took a big hit, colors danced before my eyes, hearing changed, rushing feel. Lasted like 5 seconds. Ever since then, I get that rush from big hits of good weed that I hold in... but not every time.

Orthostatic hypotension is a sudden drop in blood pressure while standing. Doesn't sound exactly fun that's for sure. I have smoked and we'll gotten physically sick to my stomach. Maybe puffed too much. But fuck that was not nice. Had tunnel vision, Barfed got gnaggdd by a teacher in the hall and asked what was wrong. Thank God I am older and can laugh at that!!
