I have never grown in a soiless mix so I am not sure about this. But, feeding every watering seems a bit excessive. But you definately have some nute burn there. If it were my grow I would flush the medium and feed every other watering. Just my opinion though, don't take it as written in stone.

P.S. I see you are in the windy city...do me a favor have a real pizza, I can live vicariously through you. I am in Florida and the best pie I can find is Digiorno! OMG what is this world coming too? LOL!

not sure if it's nute burn but your ppm is indeed way too high
feeding everytime is ok, but not with such quantities

From my understanding nute burn affects all the leaves on the entire plant. This is not the case. It is only affecting the large fan leaves. Also with soiless mix it is absolutely necessary to feed every watering. It's like growing with a hydro set up. Soiless mix has no nutrient value. At least this is what I learned from my friendly neighborhood hydro shop.

Slight nute burn doesnt necessarily affect every leaf. That does really look like too much of something though. I feed every watering (in soil) but never more than 1200 ppms. Id dial it down a bit and maybe skip one or two feedings. Good luck
