Is this actually possible for a grow box?

that guy is an idiot. dont do it. u may be able to rock a box for seedlings but what happens when they actually grow? and 27% is a load of shit. lol. just build a small box. home depot plywood 8x4 ft $11 screws $5 2x2"s for the frame $10. and then just wire in a crap ton of light bases at 97 cents a piece. lmao. ur up to like 30 bucks minus like 8 cfls. bam instant 2x2x3ft veg box.

i figured he was dumb, just curious as to if it was possible or if he was faking it. i plan on making a decent size grow box, i can actually turn the cabinet under my sink into one without actually doing any type of construction
