is this a hermaphodite? please help first grow about 2.5 weeks into flowering.

this is a picture i just took and to me this looks ALOT like pollen but i never really saw any balls but instead there's weird things (arrow pointing to it) that are yellowish in color and when i brush it with my finger that powdery substance seen on the leaf below falls. Please tell me this isn't pollen

ahhh I already got it on another forum, this is shitty. its my only plant so i might as well keep going right?
 
real sorry dude, we all know that feeling. just like in true life they'l be other girls, youl meet the right girl, settle down and show her much love, remember always take your time when you find the right girl ok.

oh i forgot to ask this before but could pollen from outside have caused this because my cat likes to be under the hps and i never even gave it a second thought until now.
 
lol, its male and female flowers i thought? and no I never sprayed the foliage with anything, and its in a 5 gal bucket, im guessing it WAS light interrupt because i didnt know that could cause a plant to hermie so i just did my best at keeping the plant in complete darkness for 12 hours but sometimes its hard with how my place is...:(

Well this is the story of this plant, its kinda long. I moved into my own place and decided back in like early feburary I might as well and germinate some seeds,I got some seeds out of my metal cash box i locked all my paraphanelia in and found some seeds. I had I think 4 plants growing on my stove top for about 2.5 months or so with just that one cfl in the range hood without the diffuser of course lol. 2 of the plants did very well and i got 2 2' floro's with plant bulbs for them then a couple weeks like a 150watt hps and 1 week after that switched them to 12/12 and one plant was definatly male which sucked cause it was the healthier one. Id say I ripped that male up very early also, those balls never had a chance to let any pollen out. The plant did get extremely stressed after i transplant, as i didnt water first and did it dry so all the soil crumbled and I was practically holding the roots. It grew 2 sets of mutant leaves then back to normal and then I pruned it after it grew 3 normal sets of leaves.

Dont no if you did this but you have to sex the plants before you induce flowing or they will turn hermie. Meaning you have to veg them and wait till they show pre flowers at the nodes. Then you can flower them. I had the same shit happen to me 2 it sucks and the tree was some fire sativa red hair.
