Looks like everything is pretty successful, your seedling is just ahead of mine, and I havn't transplanted, or done anything to stress it out, plus im using a 40W CFL and two other Fluroscents. Everything likes perfectly fine.

I think she looks good too. I can't wait till you get those other light fixtures going. As always don't overwater and maybe move those lights a lil bit closer if you can I'd say about 2" away. stay high

Agreed. I had my first plant i grew stretch way too much from having my cfl's too far away from her.

She looks good man. Subbing. :bigjoint:

Ya for seedlings with cfls you should have the top leafs 1 1/2-2 inchs from the bulbs or else they get leggy. but the plant is looking good very green. heres a pic of my plant at 6 days so yours is alittle ahead of where my was. + rep good start

looks good . agreed move the plant closer to the light . like an inch and put a fan in there
agreed, you want some airflow, careful, fan position is going to be important, don't want her getting too hot but you don't want her blowing away. stay high

edit: i'm medicated right now so if i don't make sense let me know I'll up my dosage and try again

:-( what happen to me??
light looks good ;-) now you have to be ready to keep moving her away from the light some times twice a day. I don't remember if you posted it but what is the light schedule you have her on? stay high

oh sorry dude my mistake your advice too...i got her on 24/0 plan to top at least once, twice would be perfect and switch her to 12/12 when she gets to about 7" taking into consideration she may triple in size when i do since im limited in height. forgot to mention she is a Great White Shark fem from GHS

:) sounds like you got a pretty good plan... have you considered scrog? or lst? seems the the way to go if you are limited on space. stay high

yes i have considered scrog actually it was suggested to me before...but this is my first grow and im stuck in a situation i dnt wanna take on too much than i am capable of with my limited knowledge never having grown before...the way i see it i can either lower risk by not scrogging and get a somewhat decent yield or i can increase risk and get a lil more...sticky situation...have you scroged? is it risky or more difficult than regular growing?...if you could reference a great beginner guide that would be great

thanks

hey man! you can keep it that close to the light during veg, but honestly you can go alittle further away from light during veg, i like mine 4-6 inches from the growth during veg. 2-3 inches away is for when i start flowering. but aslong as you dont see burns, you are good to go!

honestly i dont mind a few of my leafs burning up during flowering either aslong as my buds look fat and healthy :-o

I have not tried scrog myself... although I am trying different styles until I find something that I like, I will eventually try a scrog grow.
so i found this thread. https://www.rollitup.org/advanced-marijuana-cultivation/282177-enter-scrog-scroggers-united-post.html?highlight=scrog
Just from the looks of the first page this should give you a good read. stay high
