Is this a good or bad fungus?

Not really sure what it is. I've heard of the "Web of life" that occurs in organic growing but I've heard it usually occurs later in the soils life, my plants are only 2 weeks old and the organic top Soil is only 1 week old. I added some worm castings to the top and have done 2 feeds of kelp/alfalfa/water solution I made. Any ideas?

Santa's beard? Idk, whenever I first cooked my soil I had white fungus, and I know from growing shrooms that white=good. I wouldn't be too worried.

does look wet though... remember cannabis HATES wet roots... damp? yes. Humid? absolutely. but wet? no.
be careful my friend, looks too wet to me
