is this a cannabis plant

i had 25 plants growing outside before a large flood destroyed them they were only 8 inches tall. I have not been back since i week after the flood thinking they all washed away but yesterday i decided to see if any rooted in a different area. i found a plant that appears to be cannabis but only has 3 leaflets on one leaf. is it a mj plant?

I see a plant all the time that looks like that while in the wild and every time i do a double take. It does look like weed at first glance.
