Is this a Cal def? First grow

I need help confirming for future instances, looks similar, but off. Mama seems to be showing signs of a Calcium deficiency based on information from http://www.growweedeasy.com/common-nutrient-problems. I already put 4TSP of Cal-Mag into a 5 gallon pot. I'll check on her daily to see if it worsens. Another note, the humidifier was accidentally blowing directly on one leaf which is shown.

My bottom leaves tend to get those lesions.
Something about those first sets of leaves that always end up looking wonky.
If it's not spreading up the plant then nothing to worry about.
