Is this a bug issue ?

Just noticed today on an indoor grow in the Midwest . No other plants are affected and it’s just this one spot.

Looks more like damage from topping than from a bug, keep an eye on it, and see if you get any more damage, if it's a bug, it's a big one! If you find more damage check your tent for a cricket or something similar.

Kinda looks like caterpillar damage.. If you didn't do it somethig did..
