is these seed ready to plant yet or not first time ive ever germinated the seeds

basically all i want to kno is if this seed is ready to be planted ive never germinated my seeds before i usaully just put them in the soil

yea if thats a green thingy coming out the bottom then yea its ready to plants , as soon as the seed cracks and that lil tail looking thing comes out plant it , put the tail going in downward
