Is there a way to go to tahoe and get meds as a Nevada MMJ card holder

I am hoping to get my card within the nest 30 days hopefully and I still have no idea how to get meds anywhere but vegas which is a 6 hour drive one way.
I know there are a few dispenseraires in lake Tahoe and I was wondering if there is anyway for a Nevada MMJ cardholder to buy from them?
One of the things I read was that all you needed in CA was a doctors referral so is it possible to get a referral in Tahoe and buy meds there with just that being a Nevada resident?

If anyone else has any other ways that work let me know, getting sicker as time wears on and driving is becoming very hard and painful for long trips.

Also any idea if you walk in your filled out application to carson city will they give you your 30 day temp card right then or does it still take time to process?

Well got my application today and took it and got it notarized and filled in and hand turned it In at the Carson office.
So hopefully will have my card soon.
Still looking for a place to get meds that is close to Reno/carson area message me if you know of anything.

I've bought meds in Tahoe before but they always change the rules. Now you need a CA ID card but I never got one so they shut me down. The place went under so I never tried again since my crops were chopped and had meds. Just go on weed maps and call the place up there. The rules may be different again.

I have called a few places but get wildly different answers so I will wait until I get my card and then at least I have it in hand if someone says OK and if not off to vegas I guess.
I mean the rules are so weird there better then they were a few years ago when I tired to get a card and gave up but still don't seem to be working right.
Maybe in 2015 things will get easier just sucks knowing I am on a time limit with the leukemia but at least there is the chance now I can med up until I go poof.

Also if anyone knows any good disp in vegas message me or whatever its called here or anything else still trying to avoid that drive.
Sorry if I sound needy or whiney it just suck to drive very painful sitting in one position for me now you think it wouldn't be but staying still hurts and moving a lot hurts later lol.
