Is there a place on these forums to locate a grower with overages?

I'm new to This particular site and I don't want to get kicked off! I skimmed the rules and they seemed to pertain to folks under 18. I'm fed up with the quality of flower that passes for medication from the easily accessible sources in the Detroit area. Where is the passion? Right???

saw a thread the other day actually about growers that had extra meds. dont know what its called or where to find it though sorry....hopefully someone can pop in and fill the blank.
