Is the "wet weight"/drying time affected by how recently you water your plants before

never thought about that, makes sense though, not sure to what extent though, I'd guess they dry a few days quicker if you let the pots dry out a few days before harvest.

yes most def

some stop water form a couple days up to a week befor chop

and dry of plant take less time plant is almost dried out in pot so you can spend time to dry in pot or choped and hanging either way will need about a week to dry part pot or not

Yeah, but not to a huge degree. If you watered them the morning of harvest, it'd only add a couple days to drying time, like 2 or 3, give or take a little. :)
