Yeah, quaaludes say different. You can get pseudo methaqualone from S Africa, but by and large, the DEA shut down that branch of fun in the 80's by going after precursors. Granted that was a complicated drug to produce, but they do have the ability if its not a natural substance like opium or coca. Well no, you don't need a degree, some people have a natural affinity for chemistry. But its still not something any old joe off the street can whip up like a one-pot meth batch.
