Hi how are you? with the lights on I can not tell if they are healthy but by the growth they look good. I would suggest moving them out farther to the sides, just to the point where the fan leaves get pushed up against the tent. Make damn sure you got some airflow moving all around those, I use a box fan in front of the tent flap 24/7. Since bud sites are almost already set, you can take string and tie them around the canopy like how a tomato cage looks, and that will condense your canopy a great deal, and no it wont hurt it just gives you a string ring to put stakes to, as they get bigger add a string ring on each foot of growth, or through a netting over it and scrog it out.
