goal : 2 medium sized plants. (maybe 2oz.)
lighting : for veg; 2x 28w CFL's, warm white and 2x 28w CFL's cool white. (total of about 4000 lumens)

for FLWR : the CFL'S and then add a 70w HPS ( adding 5,700 lumens).
medium: organic potting soil.

would this be enough to do the job with impressive results???

it might work if you can check the PH of the mix so you can adjust the water to the right PH so they can feed at the best level.

yea as long as its not MG organic soil that shits gnat heaven

but it sounds good im currently growing under two T-12 40 watt 48 inch fluros and one 20 watt cfl and its going great it sounds like you will have even more lumens then me so it should go good

I'm sorry to say it but four cfl will not cut it.

You would be better off making a cfl board with a min of 8 cfls. This is a easy thing to. I would get two socket hook ups and then two "Y" socket connections this will give you a four socket hook up. You can make a bigger system and you might want to sence you have a goal of 2z.

Remember you will up to 75% of the weight after it dries. So the more light the bushier they should get. It they are under lighted they will get tall (stretch) witch is not good.

so maybe some fluoro tubes?
thats really all u need to veg for three weeks.
2 x 2tube 4' long.

then get maybe 3 "Y" adapters and add warm white bulbs for flowering.

sounds alright to me

well they are phillips T-12 like day light or grow light or something like that
sry i dont have the box they came in so idk like anything else
but yea you can switch to warm, the fixture coast me about 8 bucks its hanging and holds 2 bulbs and they just like screw/snap in so you can switch at any time the fixture comes already put together and with hanging chains
it was like 6 bucks for the lights
but i got it all at home depot so ill make a trip there tommrow and check out the blubs i have sorry i cant tell ya right now
