u dont need light until they sprout
when they do,keep the light about 18 in for a couple weeks then u can put it about 6-8 inches
u will also want air circulation

If thats tin foil stop right there and rip that shit down, tin foil will displace your light in all funky directions and could burn leaves in the future.

Wrong, there are better things, but the tin foil thing is just an old wives tale.
