Is my plant too cold?

So ive been growing for a long time but i lived in a very warm climate and my plant would always flower with day/night temps of about 85/70 so very warm. I now moved to a much colder climate where temps are like 75/40-50, so pretty cold and the plant is not drinking nearly as much. I know this is normal as a plant obviously needs more water in a hotter climate but it makes my feeding schedule not work properly.

Is it alright to pump the nutrients harder since the plants are not drinking as much? I run coco/peet soiless and i would generally push nutrients up to about 12-1400 ppm tword the end of flowering, but since im getting less feedings per cycle could i push it harder?
