Is my plant OK?

It is 6 days old. leaves lok a little fucked. helllllp

Looks like it's stretching a bit. Get better lights on it.

Room for improvements - Seedlings are so vunerable at this stage, most tend to stretch a little, which is why I try not to fill my containers/cups to the top. If you had planted the seedling deeper into the container leaving some top space to the rim, you would have room to add more soil mix to counter the stretch (basically covering the lower stem, making the visual part of the plant shorter). Seedlings need air (fan blowing) to help make the stem stronger and thicker. It would also help to have the light a little closer.
